Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 300 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons

  • Gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cold water - 2 tablespoons
  • Whipped cream - 100 milliliters
  • Fresh berries (for garnish) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a saucepan, gently heat the bloomed gelatin over low heat until it's fully dissolved, then remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin to the yogurt mixture and stir thoroughly until completely incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until well combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
  7. Divide the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries.
