- Whole wheat pita bread - 2 pieces
- Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams (store-bought or homemade)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
