  • Vegetarian seafood alternative (like tofu or tempeh) - 200 grams
  • Whole wheat pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams
  • Lettuce - 50 grams
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini, red bell pepper, and red onion into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sliced vegetables with olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper; toss to coat.
  4. Grill the marinated vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
