- Pita bread - 2 pieces
- Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the different types.
- Grill the vegetable skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Warm the pita bread on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
