  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or julienne peeler to create noodles.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
