Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flatbread - 2 pieces
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, grated
  • Almond yogurt - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, almond yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create the tzatziki sauce. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.
