- Whole wheat flatbread - 2 pieces
- Cucumber - 1 medium, grated
- Almond yogurt - 200 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, almond yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create the tzatziki sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.
- Spread a generous amount of the tzatziki sauce over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top the flatbreads with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives evenly.
