Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cucumber - 100 grams, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Almond yogurt - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, minced garlic, almond yogurt, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the tarator sauce.
  5. Spread the tarator sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Top the pizza with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, and thinly sliced red onion.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
