- Almond yogurt - 150 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, minced garlic, almond yogurt, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the tarator sauce.
- Spread the tarator sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top the pizza with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve warm.
