- Firm tofu - 300 grams

- Zucchini - 1 medium

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 pieces (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 2 cm cubes.
- Chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into 2 cm pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed tofu and chopped vegetables to the marinade, ensuring everything is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu and vegetables onto the soaked skewers, alternating between tofu and veggies.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is golden.
