Ingredients

  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the dough, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the toppings.
