- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced (for topping)
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced (for topping)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato paste, vegetable broth, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the chickpeas to the mixture and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the chickpea mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with sliced red onion and Kalamata olives.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
