- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1, diced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
