- Red onion - 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Vegan feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil to prevent sogginess and add flavor.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the fresh spinach on top of the sauce, followed by the sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.
- Sprinkle the crumbled vegan feta cheese over the top, followed by dried oregano and black pepper.
