- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Vegan feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to enhance flavor and crispiness.
- Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While the dough is baking, prepare the toppings: in a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and vegan feta cheese.
- Add the dried oregano, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper to the vegetable mixture, and toss gently to combine.
- Once the pizza base is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
