- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegan gyro-style seitan - 150 grams, sliced
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Water - 1-2 tablespoons (to thin tahini sauce)
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Transfer the rolled dough to the pizza pan and brush with olive oil.
- Spread the sliced red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables.
- Top the pizza with the sliced vegan gyro-style seitan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- While the pizza is baking, prepare the tahini sauce by mixing tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and enough water to reach a drizzling consistency.
- Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the tahini sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
