Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Vegan feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  5. Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. While the base is baking, prepare the salad toppings by combining cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, parsley, vegan feta, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  7. Once the pizza base is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  8. Top the warm pizza base with the Greek salad mixture, spreading it evenly over the surface.
