- Whole wheat pizza dough - 250 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Vegan feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
- Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- While the base is baking, prepare the salad toppings by combining cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, parsley, vegan feta, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Once the pizza base is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Top the warm pizza base with the Greek salad mixture, spreading it evenly over the surface.
