- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
- Red onion (thinly sliced) - 50 grams
- Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced) - 50 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Vegan feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a food processor, combine the fava beans, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
