  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
  • Red onion (thinly sliced) - 50 grams
  • Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced) - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Vegan feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine the fava beans, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the fava bean mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  6. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
