Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 300 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Grape leaves - 100 grams, drained and chopped
  • Cooked rice - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegan feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and sliced red onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the drained and chopped grape leaves, cooked rice, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the saucepan, mixing well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  6. Spoon the grape leaf and rice mixture over the tomato sauce, spreading it evenly.
  7. Top with crumbled vegan feta cheese and sliced black olives.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are heated through.
