Ingredients

Steps

  1. Grate the cucumber and place it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth to squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocado.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
