Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 150 grams
  • Cucumber - 1 small, grated
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1/4 small, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the tzatziki sauce. Set aside.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 0.5 cm).
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the tzatziki sauce.
  7. Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
  10. Serve warm, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.
