- Chicken breast - 300 grams

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Greek yogurt - 150 grams
- Cucumber - 1/2 medium, grated and drained
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (for tzatziki)
- Black pepper - to taste (for tzatziki)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breast and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (make sure to drain excess water), chopped dill, chopped mint, salt, and black pepper to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with the tzatziki sauce on the side, garnished with additional dill or mint if desired.
