- Almond flour - 100g
- Unsalted butter - 50g, melted
- Egg - 1 large
- Feta cheese - 100g, crumbled
- Cream cheese - 50g, softened
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Egg - 1, for egg wash
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and 1 egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a greased 20cm (8-inch) pie pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
- In another bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Beat the second egg and brush it over the top of the cheese filling for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
