Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Ricotta cheese - 100 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the olive oil, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and ricotta cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture, stirring until well combined. Fold in the dried oregano.
  5. Grease a small baking dish (about 20cm) with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares. Serve warm.
