Ingredients

  • Canned tuna in olive oil - 200 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Open the canned tuna and drain excess oil. Place the tuna in a mixing bowl and flake it with a fork.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, sliced Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley to the bowl.
