- Pizza Dough - 200 grams
- Ripe Tomatoes - 200 grams, sliced
- Fresh Basil Leaves - 20 grams
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red Onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata Olives - 30 grams, pitted and halved
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the garlic oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Layer the sliced tomatoes evenly on top of the dough.
- Scatter the thinly sliced red onion and Kalamata olives over the tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately top it with fresh basil leaves.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
