- Whole wheat flatbread - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Fresh basil leaves - 30 grams, roughly chopped
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the tomatoes evenly.
- Place the whole wheat flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Distribute the seasoned cherry tomatoes evenly over each flatbread.
- Add the sliced red onions on top of the tomatoes.
