  • Cucumber - 100 grams

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cucumber thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into half-moons.
  2. Peel the red onion and slice it thinly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato wedges, cucumber slices, and sliced red onion.
