Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves - 20 grams, roughly chopped
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 30 grams, pitted and halved
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush this mixture over the pizza dough.
