- Cucumber - 50 grams, grated
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small cubes, then boil them in water for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them in a bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, ground flaxseed, salt, and olive oil with the mashed sweet potatoes until well combined.
