- Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil) - 50 grams, chopped
- Feta cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
- Fresh spinach - 50 grams
- Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 30 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Mozzarella cheese (part-skim) - 100 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil evenly across the surface.
- Spread the chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add the fresh spinach, red onion slices, and Kalamata olives evenly across the pizza.
