Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil) - 50 grams, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh spinach - 50 grams
  • Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 30 grams, pitted and halved
  • Fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese (part-skim) - 100 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil evenly across the surface.
  5. Spread the chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the sun-dried tomatoes.
  7. Add the fresh spinach, red onion slices, and Kalamata olives evenly across the pizza.
  8. Season with fresh oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  9. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
