- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sundried tomatoes - 100 grams (chopped)
- Feta cheese - 75 grams (crumbled)
- Fresh basil - 10 grams (chopped)
- Olives (black or green) - 50 grams (sliced)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and chop the cauliflower into florets, then steam until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the steamed cauliflower and let it cool slightly before placing it in a clean kitchen towel and squeezing out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, egg, almond flour, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the chopped sundried tomatoes evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, and chopped basil over the sundried tomatoes.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
