- Eggs - 2 large
- Almond flour - 100 grams

- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the crumbled feta cheese, spinach mixture, and the remaining olive oil. Mix until well combined.
