Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the red chili flakes and smoked paprika, cooking for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
