  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Banana pepper - 1, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic together, then brush the mixture over the pizza crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, banana pepper, cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly over the pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle the sliced Kalamata olives, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes on top of the vegetables.
  7. Season with salt to taste.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
