- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Pita bread - 2 pieces (for serving)
- Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams (for serving)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, cumin, paprika, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a plate.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.

- While the meatballs are grilling, warm the pita bread on the grill for about 1 minute on each side until slightly charred.
- Remove the meatballs and pita from the grill. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the meatballs before serving.
- Serve the spicy lamb meatballs with warm pita bread and a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
