- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large, for wrapping
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 2.5 cm thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare your salad toppings. Slice the tomato, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To serve, place each patty in a large lettuce leaf and top with tomato, cucumber, and red bell pepper slices. Wrap the lettuce around the burger and enjoy!
