- Fish stock - 500 ml
- White fish fillets (like cod or haddock) - 300 grams, cut into chunks
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
