- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Red onion - 1/4, finely chopped
- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, diced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, red chili flakes, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mash with a fork until well combined and creamy.
