Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 150 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1/4, finely chopped
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, diced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, red chili flakes, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mash with a fork until well combined and creamy.
  2. In a separate large bowl, add the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, diced bell pepper, and Kalamata olives.
  3. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetable mixture, then season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Spoon the spicy feta dip over the salad and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
