Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams

  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Ricotta cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
