- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Ricotta cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
