  • Chicken breast, diced - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Bell pepper, diced - 1/2 medium
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Cucumber, diced - 1/2 medium
  • Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine diced chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the whole wheat pizza base.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the pizza base.
  6. Top with crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, diced bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Top with diced cucumber, tzatziki sauce, and chopped parsley before slicing.
