- Ouzo - 60 ml

- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Pour in the ouzo and let it simmer for 2 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
