  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 100 grams
  • Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon (juiced) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften and release their juices.
