Ingredients

  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
  • Greek yogurt (full-fat) - 150 grams
  • Cucumber (grated) - 1/2 medium
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for 2-3 minutes to remove any odor.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the rinsed shirataki noodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
