  • Fresh basil - 15 grams, chopped

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese (optional, for non-Paleo) - 50 grams, crumbled

Steps

  1. Prepare the seaweed noodles according to package instructions, typically soaking them in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add diced red onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they start to soften.
