Steps
- Prepare the seaweed noodles according to package instructions, typically soaking them in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add diced red onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the Kalamata olives, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, mixing well.
