- Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100 grams
- Calamari rings - 100 grams
- Mussels, cleaned - 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
- Black olives, pitted and sliced - 30 grams
- Fresh spinach - 50 grams
- Oregano, dried - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, calamari, and mussels to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the seafood is opaque and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Spread the sautéed seafood mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, spinach, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
