Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100 grams
  • Calamari rings - 100 grams
  • Mussels, cleaned - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
  • Black olives, pitted and sliced - 30 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 50 grams
  • Oregano, dried - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp, calamari, and mussels to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the seafood is opaque and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking tray or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the sautéed seafood mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, spinach, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
