  • shrimp - 100 grams, peeled and chopped
  • all-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • green onion - 2, finely sliced
  • egg - 1 large
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • water - 100 ml
  • olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fish, shrimp, parsley, and green onion.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the egg and water to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the seafood mixture until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Spoon tablespoons of the batter into the hot oil, flattening them slightly to form fritters.
  7. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
