  • Scallops - 300 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled

  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Place the scallops in the skillet in a single layer and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook the scallops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and opaque in the center.
