Steps

  1. In a saucepan, bring 500 milliliters of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, gradually whisk in 100 grams of semolina to avoid lumps.
  3. Reduce heat to low and continue to stir for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the semolina, mixing well.
