Ingredients
- All-purpose flour - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Water - 60 ml
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Ricotta cheese - 100 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the olive oil and water, then knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the feta, ricotta, Parmesan, beaten egg, parsley, dill, pepper, and mix well until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each circle, then fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges to seal and crimp with a fork.
- Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with a little olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
