  • Fresh parsley - 15 grams, chopped
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 30 ml
  • Red wine vinegar - 15 ml
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the torn bread pieces with diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and Kalamata olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
