Ingredients

  • Agretti - 100 grams

  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Rinse the agretti under cold water and trim any tough ends. Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, and olives.
  3. Add the cooled agretti to the bowl with the vegetables.
